Are store orders guaranteed?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused merchandise in its original unopened packaging and in its original condition within 15 days for a credit or exchange. Please note that sale merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase at your expense for shipping.
How do I return an item purchased from the Edge Store?
Please call Customer Service at 1-877-30-SKATE to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please also:
- Please write the Return Authorization number in the upper right-hand corner
- Write the return reason for return
- Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
- Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.

Can I exchange an item purchased from the Edge Store?
Yes. Please call Customer Service at 1.877.30 SKATE to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order. Shipping charges will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Are waiting lists available?
Yes. When you register for a camp that has already reached its registration capacity, you are automatically placed on the waiting list and will be contacted only if a registration slot becomes available. No payment is required. Please email email@example.com for further information.
