Lar av PowerSkating- och teknikexperten/instruktoren Steve Serdachny fran Edmonton Oilers och NHL´s TV kanal och TV-programmet ”Hockey Academy”. Detta veckoprogram kommer att framhäva hogintensiv ”Explosive PowerSkating”, ”Speed with The Puck And Stickhandling” och utveckling av hockeyfardigheter som är utformade for att ta hockeyspelaren till nästa niva. Detta program tillhandahåller instruktioner och den kunskap som behovs for att utveckla maximal effektivitet, kraft, acceleration, snabbhet, klubb- och puckteknik.
Programmet kommer att integrera avancerad instruktion for ”PowerSkating And Stickhandling”, det huvudsakliga i elithockey ”The Edge On And Off Ice Acceleration ProgramTM”, ovningar i hogt tempo, avancerade hockeyovningar, tavlingar 3 mot 3, explosiv klubbhantering till en komplett utvecklingserfarenhet. Programmet ar utformat speciellt for spelare som vill höja sig over normal niva.
Varje dag består av tva ispass, ett fyspass ”The Egde Off IceAcceleration ProgramTM” och ett speciellt teoripass. En näringsrik lunch och farsk frukt serveras. Varje deltagare far en PowerSkatinghockeytroja och sedvanlig overraskning.

This Elite program is geared for players that are striving for excellence on ice. It will feature detailed technique training and advanced biomechanical instruction, providing the instruction and expertise needed to optimize skating techniques and develop maximum efficiency, power, acceleration and speed!

The program curriculum will demonstrate excellent technique, but will not stop there. It teaches players of all levels to break down their skating and skills into crucial components, and then execute them with speed at high intensity intervals. The students are shown how to strengthen weak areas, so they can continue to grow and develop their skills and move onto more advanced abilities. The overall program has been designed to stretch and develop the ability of the player with an outcome of the Highest Quality Skills at the Fastest Possible Speed!
