Body Contact & Battle

Elite Body Contact and Battle Instruction for first or second year BANTAM players. Emphasis is on proper, safe and effective checking techniques as well as taking body contact and checks plus battling in open ice and along the boards. This high performance program includes pursuit angles, pinning techniques, stick control and mental skills. Complete Hockey and Power Skating components are also included in this program.
